Build and deliver
Get the website or system you actually want
From a website that takes bookings to a tool that writes your invoices, I build what your business needs, explain it in plain English as I go, and hand it over working.
What's involved
Only build what's worth building
Before anything gets built, I check whether a ready-made tool would do the job for less. If it would, I'll tell you.
A bespoke system is worth it when it saves real time every week, or does something no ready-made tool can.
What I build
Websites
Fast, secure websites that are easy for customers to use and easy to find on Google.
Bookings and sign-ups
Customers book places online and get confirmation emails automatically.
Admin dashboards
One place for your team to manage events, customers or orders.
Invoicing and paperwork
Tools that turn your records into invoices and documents in a few clicks.
Automation
Taking repetitive admin off your plate, such as copying details between systems or sending reminders.
Built to cope with the busy moments
From a booking system I built and look after: when two people go for the last place at once, only one gets it.
Step 1: Customer books
On the website, from any device
Step 2: Places checked
Capacity and duplicates checked and the place taken in one step, so two people can't grab the last place
Step 3: Booking saved
Stored securely; the website itself can't read it back
Step 4: Confirmation sent
An email goes out automatically, and again if the event moves
Step 5: Dashboard updated
Staff see the booking straight away
Customer data protected at the deepest level
Security isn't just a login page. The database itself decides who can see what.

How it works
Step 1: Agree what's needed
We pin down what the website or tool must do, who'll use it, and what it must never get wrong.
Step 2: A fixed price and a plan
You get a written quote with a fixed price and exactly what's included, before any work starts.
Step 3: Build and review
You see it working early and often, so there are no surprises at the end.
Step 4: Launch and hand over
I put it live and show you how to use it. If you'd like, I can host it and look after it too.
Price and questions
Price
Every build has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. You pay half when you go ahead and half on delivery.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. A rough idea is enough. We'll pin down the details together before any price is agreed.
What if I don't need anything built?
Then I'll say so, and point you to a ready-made tool that does the job.
Will it be secure?
Security is part of the build, not an extra. I check how data is protected and who can get to it before anything goes live.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. I'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping, improving or replacing.
